AKT Health Analytics is developing a healthcare application in association with IIPH (Indian Institute of Public Health) which is a part of MITH.AI (Mass Integrated Transformational Healthcare with Artificial Intelligence). This application, called “DHARA”, is integrated with real time service management platform aiming to bring transformation in healthcare with advanced analytics to facilitate the service delivery using DREAM-H (Digital Real-time Advanced Medical Modular logistics System—for Home Care). Primary Healthcare workers, Rural service providers and other volunteers will use this application to collect data from rural areas wherein a service provider is allotted a specific area for health, hygiene and sanitation data collection from every household and individual. The data collection in the application will only use ICONS to accommodate data gathering irrespective of any language’s issues making it one of a kind. The mobile app will collect pictures as well as show informative and educational videos based on the disease or disability the individual or a household has. All data collected can be viewed on a graphical dashboard with integrated GPS, maps and analytics charts. This information can be used by several pharmaceutical companies, researchers, healthcare providers for predictive and preventive analytics. Hence the overall concept of gathering data, analyzing and delivering service at the household is named as Mass Integrated transformational Healthcare using AI.

The application will initially focus on following modules:

• Disease management
• Disability management
• Nutrition management
• Wash Management
• Social, demographic and economic data collection.

DHARA demo application was launched at BioAsia2020 which was held at Hyderabad from 17^th February to 19^thFebruary at HICC (Hyderabad International Conventional Center) in the presence of Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (Minister of IT). The app was demonstrated by Dr. Suresh Munuswamy from IIPH along with his Team. We look forward to presenting the application to interested individuals and organizations and develop it in its full form.
